Registration Pricing
All tickets are limited in quantity and will be offered first-come, first-serve until they sell out or until their date below, whichever comes first.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Access to all conference sessions, BOF's, and the exhibit hall along with lunch, refreshment breaks, and the reception over the main conference dates of October 21st - 23rd, 2024.
REFUNDS: All refund requests must be made in writing with the subject line "CANCELLATION" and received no later than Wednesday, September 25th. No refunds will be processed for those cancelling after this date. Refund requests are subject to a $50 processing fee. To obtain a refund, please email [email protected]
SUBSTITUTION: Requests must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Requests will be accommodated at no fee. Substitution requests made after Monday, September 2nd will not guarantee availability of an updated t-shirt size.
DISCOUNTS: Depending on the available funds, we may be able to offer discounted or waived registration fees to attendees for whom it would make a difference in their decision to attend ROSCon 2024 in Odense, Denmark. To ask for a discounted registration, please send an email to [email protected] Update: Unfortunately, we have already allocated the budget for registration fee discounts and are no longer taking requests.
Please Note: The Special access code box below is ONLY to be used by a select number of attendees. If you require a Special access code to register, your registration instructions will include that information. Please follow those instructions closely to complete your registration.
Note that Discount codes (used for registration discounts) and Special access codes have different functions. If you have a Discount code, you will enter it at the bottom of the page, before payment is requested.
PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS: ROSCon will feature pre-conference workshops on October 21st from 8-5PM as an add-on option to your standard full conference registration. ROSCon will host three full-day workshops, and four half-day workshops. Lunch and refreshments will be provided to all workshop attendees. You can find more information about each workshop here.
All full day workshops will run from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with lunch from 12:00PM - 1:00PM.
The first half day workshop will run from 8:00AM - 12:00PM, with lunch from 12:00PM - 1:00PM.
The second half day workshop will have lunch from 12:00PM - 1:00PM, and the workshop from 1:00PM - 5:00PM.

PRE-CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES: Join us for a FREE facility tour (including transportation, refreshments and activities) of the Universal Robots and MiR headquarters on Monday, October 21st during Day 0 at ROSCon 2024. Those who opt for half-day workshops or will not be attending workshops can sign up for this activity (options will populate per your choices below). Morning and afternoon tours are available. THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT.
