Registration Pricing
All tickets are limited in quantity and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis until they sell out or until the date below, whichever comes first.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Access to all conference sessions, networking sessions, and the exhibit hall along with lunch, refreshment breaks, and the reception over the main conference dates of October 27 - 29, 2025.
Note: Lunch on Day 1 will only be available for registered workshop attendees.
REFUNDS: All refund requests must be made in writing with the subject line "CANCELLATION" and received no later than Wednesday, October 1st. No refunds will be processed for those cancelling after this date. Refund requests are subject to a $50 processing fee. To obtain a refund, please email [email protected]
SUBSTITUTION: Requests must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Requests will be accommodated at no fee. Substitution requests made after Monday, September 1st will not guarantee availability of an updated t-shirt size.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS: ROSCon will feature pre-conference workshops on October 27th from 8-5PM as an add-on option to your standard full conference registration. ROSCon will host one full-day workshop, and eight half-day workshops. Lunch and refreshments will be provided to all workshop attendees. You can find more information about each workshop here.
The full day workshop will run from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with lunch from 12:00PM - 1:00PM.
The AM half day workshops will run from 8:00AM - 12:00PM, with lunch from 12:00PM - 1:00PM.
The PM half day workshops will have lunch from 12:00PM - 1:00PM, and the workshop from 1:00PM - 5:00PM.
