Registration Pricing
REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Access to the venue for all three official conference days, including all conference sessions, meetups, and networking sessions, and the exhibit hall. Meals covered include lunch and refreshment breaks for all three days, and also the event reception on the evening of Day 2.
Day 1 - Tuesday, September 22 - Workshop and Networking Day Day 2 & 3 - Wednesday, September 23, Thursday, September 24 - Technical Talk Days
All tickets are limited in quantity and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis until they sell out or until the date below, whichever comes first.
REFUNDS: All refund requests must be made in writing with the subject line "CANCELLATION" and received no later than Tuesday, September 1st. No refunds will be processed for those cancelling after this date. Refund requests are subject to a $50 processing fee. To obtain a refund, please email [email protected]
SUBSTITUTION: Requests must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Requests will be accommodated at no fee. Substitution requests made after Monday, July 27th will not guarantee availability of an updated t-shirt size.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS: ROSCon will feature workshops on September 22nd from 8-5PM as an add-on option to your standard full conference registration. ROSCon will host two full-day workshops, and eight half-day workshops. Lunch and refreshments will be provided to all attendees. You can find more information about each workshop here.
The full day workshops will run from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with lunch from 12:00PM - 1:00PM.
The AM half day workshops will run from 8:00AM - 12:00PM, with lunch from 12:00PM - 1:00PM.
The PM half day workshops will have lunch from 12:00PM - 1:00PM, and the workshop from 1:00PM - 5:00PM.
